- Overview: The Synergy Vacuum Control valve has been designed specifically for use in controlling negative pressure. The unique configuration provides unrivaled shut-off during your positive pressure cycle but delivers the controllability during your vacuum cycles. The speed, reliability, accuracy and precision of the Synergy Series family control valves is combined with the rugged performance of traditional valves used for this harsh application.
- Materials of Construction:The Synergy series core is comprised of stainless steel components. The seal material is made from an engineered thermoplastic to provide durability and longevity under the most grueling control applications. With the added benefit of the reseating capabilities, this seal material will outlast and outperform any valve seal plug on the market today. The actuator is composed of stainless steel materials and powder-coated aircraft aluminum. The internal actuator components are made from hardened steel to give years of service life.
- Application: The Synergy Series Vacuum Control can be used in a wide variety of applications. However, system limitations exist on this valve, as it is intended for vacuum service. Proper use and installation are critical.
